Terms of Service

  1. These Terms of Use govern the rules for using the Bocabla app, which can be accessed from the domain bocabla.com. Using the app assigns you the status of User and implies acceptance of all conditions in this document and in the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice of that website.
  2. Only users expressly authorized by Bocabla may access the app. Users without authorization may not access such content.
  3. Charges: you are responsible for all costs or expenses you incur as a result of using the application, including any carrier network or roaming charges. Check with your service provider for details.
  4. Anonymous statistics: Bocabla reserves the right to track your activity in the application and report it to our third-party statistical service providers, all in anonymous form.
  5. Protection of your personal information: we want to help you take all necessary steps to protect your privacy and information. See Bocabla's Privacy Policy and the application's privacy notices to learn what information we collect and the measures we take to protect your personal information.
  6. It is prohibited to alter or modify any part of the app or its contents, circumvent, disable, or manipulate (or attempt to circumvent, disable, or manipulate) security or other program features, and to use the app or its contents for commercial or advertising purposes. Use of the app to harm Bocabla's or third parties' property, rights, or interests is also prohibited, as is any use that alters, damages, or disables networks, servers, equipment, products, or computer programs.
  7. The app and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, content, graphic design, source code, etc.), as well as trademarks and other distinctive signs, are the property of Bocabla or third parties. The User acquires no rights over them by mere use of the app. The User must refrain from: a) reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to third parties, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the app or its contents, except as provided by law or expressly authorized by Bocabla or the rights holder; b) reproducing or copying the app or its contents for private use, as well as publicly communicating or making them available to third parties when this involves reproduction; c) extracting or reusing all or a substantial part of the contents comprising the app.
  8. Subject to the conditions in the previous section, Bocabla grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the app for personal use for an indefinite period. This license is also granted on the same terms for updates and improvements made to the application. Such licenses may be revoked by Bocabla unilaterally at any time by mere notification to the User.
  9. It is the User's responsibility in all cases to have adequate tools for detecting and disinfecting malicious programs or any other harmful computer elements. Bocabla is not responsible for damage caused by third-party programs/software integrated into the app that may affect computer equipment during use, but is responsible for replacing/removing malicious program/software as soon as possible once the threat/damage is recognized. Likewise, Bocabla will not be responsible for damage to Users when such damage originates from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that interrupt the service.
  10. We may, without this imposing any obligation on the user, modify these Terms of Use with notice in the Updates section. If the user continues using the application after any modification to these Terms of Use, acceptance of such modifications is deemed given. If the user does not accept these terms of use or agree to be bound by them, they must not use the application or download or use any related software.
  11. The User undertakes to make correct use of the app in accordance with the Law, these Terms of Use, and other applicable regulations and instructions. The User shall be liable to Bocabla and third parties for any damage that may be caused by breach of these obligations.
  12. These Terms of Use are governed entirely by Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict relating to their interpretation or application, the User expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
